Media Production and Event Management
As a Section Commander heading a trial unit, I led my team to successfully deliver multiple Army-wide videos and support various events. I handled both public-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks. With no one to guide me, I learned on the job, proving that the strongest steel is forged in fire, and developed strong expertise in this field through experiences that were anything but regular.

NSF Of The Year 2024
Directly managed and edited the NSFOTY 2024 video, leading interviews and directing my team throughout production. By effectively guiding and relying on my team’s support, we delivered a final product that was warmly received by the audience and praised by senior commanders, including then-Chief of Army David Neo.

MINDEF/SAF HR Seminar 2024
Led as emcee for a high-profile seminar, engaging senior Army HR leaders and key private-sector HR professionals. Confidently guided the event and lightened the mood with a few well-received jokes, helping create a dynamic and memorable experience for all attendees.

Army HR Recognition Day 2024
Solely managed filming, editing, and logistics for the Army HR Recognition Day video, collaborating closely with then–Chief of Army David Neo and senior commanders. Delivered a high-quality production despite tight deadlines and intense pressure.

OCS & BMT Graduation Parades
Oversaw security checks, ticketing, and guest ushering for Officer Commissioning and Basic Military Training Graduation Parades from 2023 to 2025. Introduced a new ticketing system and streamlined processes to ensure smooth, efficient event operations.
